    Hello, Welcome again to Vlaad's Magic Blog,
    Where you can find useful thinks, like Domino Web Administrator for You mobile phone, or ULTRA MAIL, which allows you to ready mail from any phone, on Domino 6.x 7.x. 8.x, and which is better than Ultra Lite. ;) and ULTRA MAIL works even on 6.x servers, 7.x, 8.x and 8.5.x

    Before you continue with tool check that you have Licence tracking enabled on server.

    When you open a database, configure it, select inactivity timeout, and if you want to see person records only, or also groups, you can find groups that were not modified for 3 years :)

    When you press "Generarate DB report"  you need to supply your administrative server, because userlicenses.nsf resides only on admin server.
    If user NEVER been registered activity since activity was enabled, VERY HOT ICON is displayed.

    if user has activity, than this icon is NOT displayed.

    If user is Locked Out, than PayPal - The safer, easier way to pay online! is displayed. then you know that this user is locked. :)

    If you use this tool, just post a comment to this article, like 700 users, found 50 users, which are inactive for more than 6 month :)
    nice to know % of inactive users in organizations, ghost users, what we are trying to upgrade but they don't exist :)

    Very useful. But one question:

    Why is an entry exist for "Last Activity" if user never been registered?
