"CWPCA85522E: Application did not get installed" opening mailfile

I am running beta code of 8.5.1 on my test server, and recently after upgrading mailfile to new 8.5.1 I got such an error, and I was unable to open this DB.


I searched google, IBM Supporte, found there were issues but no solution. One of the recommendation was to delete in Designer everything that relates to Composite application.
I was able to delete 2 of 3 components, deleting the last one, I got an error.    On this test server I use Single Copy Template. So if this would happen in production, it will be rather challenging.

Ok, have found a workaround to this problem, I created local replica of this database, deleted server replica, created replica again on a server. After this operation, error went away.
It is ok, for one user, but it could be nightmare if every user get the same?  Has any one saw something like this?

I will put here error message in text, so may be someone can find this post via google, if faces the same issue.
