Tivoli Directory Integrator 7.1.1

I was downloading Tivoli Directory Integrator, and I noticed that there is a new version 7.1.1 available, dated 12 June 2012.

there are quite cool, features like AL scheduler , new parsers, connectors.

Everything is very good, TDI is probably one of the most powerful Entitlements or Bonuses given with Domino.
On Lotusphere I remember people talked about that TDI 7.0 (Seven DOT ZERO) is Entitled to be used free of charge.

It would be nice if some one can clarify, is there a plan to give customers 7.X TDI to Domino users, or only 7.0 version. If only 7.0, supporting old version can be more expensive.
